I need to add some more to cover a few regional cuisines I haven't stumbled across a good channel for. Greek, Japanese, Indo-Malay, South American (minus Brazil...because other than Brazilian steakhouse, I've had, and I'll pass), more east african (which is so underrated, fucking delicious), SK.

I have about. . .15 Greek cookbooks last time I tried to count. One or two new-ish ones; the rest are church ladies', your aunties', and your granny's.
