My work really pushes them on us. I had to sign a paper refusing a flu shot, and they just implemented a policy that anyone that did not get a flu shot that develops flu like symptoms and has a fever of 38 c is to be isolated for 7 days.

Can't let productivity slip!

I've refused them every year also. My doc asks me to sign a paper when I refuse as well, but I won't sign. Just because Ontario wants me to get a Flu Shot, doesn't mean I have to sign for saying no.
