Do you have the vote by demographic breakdown somewhere? Should be fascinating. So, I guess David Cameron will go down in history as the PM who broke up the United Kingdom in an ill-conceived grab at power that blew up in his face?
Scotland, at least, will be gone as soon as they can hold another referendum. Maybe Northern Ireland too. And on a wider scope, maybe even Gibraltar? They voted something like 19,000 to 800 in favour of "remain".
The vote breakdown by age is pretty astounding too. The vast majority of young people, who'll actually have to live with the consequences of this decision, voted to remain. And all the old nearly-retirement age and older voted overwhelmingly to leave.
A few stats that jump out:Do you have the vote by demographic breakdown somewhere? Should be fascinating.
ThanksHere are all the numbers
and how this will impact their parents ability to pay for that said trip.
Well yes, I think a crippling recession is probably a legit worry no matter your age.
No, you have.
Financial Times @FT
Regions with the biggest votes for Leave are also the most economically dependent on the EU http://on.ft.com/28SsiHq
I'm suggesting that they have no clue either way if this is good or bad
Let's face it..18 to 24 yr crowd are mostly concerned about how this will impact their backpacking trip across Europe, and how this will impact their parents ability to pay for that said trip.
