Sorry, no one gets the joke here. One of my best friends is Spanish and we call him 'the Mexican'.

This has devolved into calling anyone who speaks Spanish a Mexican as an idiotic way that friends rib each other with irritating jokes.

So, with the logic of my cycling buddies?

Spanish = Mexican

Argentinian = Mexican

And of course?

Mexican = Mexican
