Now, what I'm not looking forward to is when these can be/are used for targeted assassinations (harder), or terrorism (easier). 30km is far enough to launch that from a field outside of a city with no one around to see you, and be well on your way during the 5-6 minute time on target. Supply chains for the parts will have to be tight tight with serial numbers on everything. Anyone with moderate drone building skills and a 3D printer would be to make these if they can get the boards and motors.
