This looks similar to what I predicted shortly after the election. That eventually Donnie would realize that Europe has much, much, much deeper pockets than Russia and that they're willing to bankroll Ukraine's defence. It appears that Germany is buying a bunch of stuff (mostly additional Patriot systems) and giving them to Ukraine. I'm going to bet that lobbyists at GE, Northrup, RayRay, Boeing, etc have all gotten in Trump's ear about cratering weapons sales and Europe going it alone isn't good business for the US in the future and now Donnie is now willing to open the catalogue for the German's and let them place orders.
