Positives, team has heart no matter the score. Hart has given up 4 in every game. Should be Bussi's net next game given the saves that are needed to be made against Vegas and its clear Marner time with Freddie is a big advantage for him.

Disappointed in the final result but not upset. We overcame the worst 2nd period that I can remember and turned it on in the 3rd. I agree that we looked fatigued in the 2nd OT and couldn't get it going, but it was still a fluky bounce off the boards that did us in. Get 'em in Game 4.

Agreed, showed a ton of heart and resolve to battle back and there were at least 2-3 great chances in ot 1 to win that game. I’m much more concerned about the health of Miller and Carrier as we focus on the next few games in this series. The million dollar question in the next two days…Rod’s stubborn nature and loyalty to stick with Freddy vs Bussi getting the next start…

If that’s the million dollar question than the two million dollar question is whether they can find a way to take that 3d period success and port it over to periods 1 and 2.

Andersen is cooked. Bussi plays until he's sharts the bed. Freddy did what he could and was spectacular through the better party of 3 series. But after Claude, Freddy had one more great game in him. Let him rest now.

Bussi was great, but his puck handling still gives me jitters, and extended shifts in our zone. There were a couple last night. How's Pyotr feeling?

With 2 days off and a full practice, everything is on the table. I would not be surprised to see some juggling on the blue line. I see Nikishin unable to effectively defend or move the puck in some situations, so pairing him with another offensive guy in Ghost, I dunno, looks like Vegas is feasting on that. Even without my shitty assessment, Carolina needs more production from the blue line. When this team is rolling, it's usually because of that.
