Our PK has never been bad this season... Murray or no Murray.

So its settled. We dress Murray as a 7th D and he only gets on the ice for any PP which Chara is also on for. That'll work for me...

Ok, enough with the generic statements. Our PK never dealt with a Chara monster in front of it all year. Only in 4 games. 4 games in which Murray took care of the problem.

I am no Murray fan, I think he is a detriment as well, but he will be inserted to deal with that very real problem. Bank on it.

Even if he isn't in game one, the second they score a PP goal like I am describing you can be sure he will be inserted into the lineup.

Put dressing 7D out of your head. It's not a smart move. If a forward goes down in a game early you are then down to 10 forwards.

Therrien will not dress 7 D unless we are depleted up front.

He only dresses if something has gone severely wrong in the series, like in 1988 when they took out Richer with a slash that was just a "hockey play". We dressed Steven Fletcher the next game, he fought Lynden Byers, his only real shift in the NHL.
