Jewish. And not really religious.

Oh for sure, cows and chickens are pretty gross too. But I'd already been eating them before I even knew what they were.

It's also a tradition/community thing. No one in the fam or extended fam eats it. And I kinda like not ever having had it, as it's not like it's healthy or anything.
