he should be but apparently Yzerman abstained last time his name came up and the committee didn't take him. If he takes the coward way out again and abstains this time, who knows.
 
There were pics like this of Beijing... but I still think Sochi will be a shitshow.

Obviously a lot of negative stuff are happening in Sochi but if this is indeed where the rich vacation, it makes you wonder if there is an agenda here.

I mean there isn't even one good thing going on there that's worth reporting?

They can say whatever they want about their plans now, but if they're in a game situation and down a goal, no coach in their right mind would keep sending out Patrice Bergeron while one of Martin St-Louis, Claude Giroux, or Eric Staal sits on the bench. Though I suppose there still is a chance that they could make an idiotic Kirk Maltby/Kris Draper/Shayne Corson/Rob Zamuner type selection.
 
I can't see Yzerman passing twice on St. Louis in less than a month....that kind of shit could cause irreparable damage,
