Shots on goal in third period finish 21-4 for the Panthers. 21-4. Not a misprint.
 
See, the third period's shot totals don't mean as much to me tonight.

Second game in two nights, Florida was effectively fighting for their playoff lives and were in all-out desperation mode and with Bawstun losing in a SO to Buffalo, Florida's all but eliminated.
 
Anyone catch Subban doing a stone cold stunner on Tokarski as they are both leaving the ice.....too funny
 
I'm too drunk for a complete synopsis. Games on St. Patty's day should be outlawed.
 
I will say that Emelin and Prust had a great game. Smith-Pelley was a prick all night and I loved it. He just needs to figure out that there is a puck involved in hockey.

Tokarski was shaky but battled all night. Good for him to get the win.

Officiating sucked.

Petry-Gilbert should not be paired together. Therrien's an idiot.

Come on man! He is not having a great season but he was named game first star and reason why we got two points and you say he was shaky?Honestly in 3rd it was all him. Give credit when is due dude!!

That third period encapsulated everything that people hate about Therrien. Once again he had them sit back and try to protect a one goal lead for 20 minutes with a back-up goalie between the pipes and this time he actually got away with it.
