Oh yeah he's a 1st + to get off of without really bad salary coming back.
 
Babs planted the seed of discontent with Marner. Trust was lost and resentment grew. I'm sure it played a big role in him deciding to fuck the franchise the way he did and the "dark times" comment.

In retrospect a terrible coach to start the Core 4 era although people were buzzing at the time. Crazy how many times they shot themselves in the foot. Definitely contributes to the good vibes towards the full gm/coach flush we're witnessing how.

He's the american that I hope he actually declares he wants to play in the biggest hockey market with his American captain. He's given Columbus alot of good years.

Maybe he selects playing with us. We'd still have to give a lot, but maybe Columbus wants nhl ready quantity.
