I think what you're talking about can maybe just as accurately be called the "vibe" of the dressing room, of the group of guys they have this year, etc.

People like Mike Babcock have completely decimated the term "culture".

true...players (employees) use the term differently than their bosses
 
Perry looked slow and terrible against the Habs. I assume it's because they were worried about Montreal's PP.
 
Also waddell has said he's not interested in futures at all and wants roster players for Werenski so if push comes to shove and Columbus likes the player as a top 4 d on a good contract, how's about adding Jake McCabe to the deal?

I doubt rielly would waive to columbus but could be him and knies.

I'd be good with that too but Jake gives them an immediate top 4 d on top of a young sexy power forward with a 4th overall pick valuation as per The Chart™. Of course Jake would have to waive the ntc, but they could put together a damn competitive offer if he does.
