If you bother to watch Hard Knocks they explained that. Apparently they “scienced the shit” out of the stadium and the wind etc isn’t felt at field level.

I joined a startup dynasty football league with the 4th pick, and wound up with Josh Allen. Not sure how I feel about this lol. At least he's a likable guy... I'm just cheering for maximum offense, so the Ravens running up the score causing Allen to throw more suits me just fine. Both teams are playing well, but Baltimore looks like a potential juggernaut right now.
 
If you ever need another player lmk. Just quit a league so I have a space open for a football league.
