lol was just reading that the dolphins have 179M is dead cap space this season.

Their cap hit for the active 53 man roster is 147M. holy cow lol No other team has less than 218M in active cap.

To put in context, 2nd worse for dead cap space is Cleveland -> 222M active, 117M dead. And that’s pretty terrible too.

The way the NFL cap works, GM's can really push mistakes and bad contracts down the line with restructures until it's the next GM's problem. A lot of teams go through short term cap hell for 2+3 years when a new GM takes over.
