OT: American Politics

so contradictory.

the democrats support reforming electoral funding laws so as to decrease outsider influence over politics............

You can stop right there because the rest is irrelevant.

The Democrats get ENORMOUS funding from unions on all levels and they see nothing wrong with it. It influences their decisions in every way on all levels. Amazingly, they don't want Constitutional amendments to ban "organizations" which is the banner unions fly under.

Unions will spend $400 million on just helping to re-elect the community organizer. I guess unions buying and influencing politicians is good and righteous and pretty. I get it.

Wow, what that eclectic collection of.........baby diaper content.

I'm going to celebrate May 1st by cutting everybody's wages by 10%, firing two people and importing more from China.

But that law impacting influence would limit union spending as well. So again, why oppose it? Like the rest of the post you said you couldn't be bothered to read past line 2 of pointed out, why not eliminate the influence? Unless you find union influence to be wrong but other corporate interests to be fine or so some other insane distinction. If democrats benefit from the system more or equally, why do they oppose it?

no, the rest isn't irrelevant. the rest of the post was the most relevant part.

instead you took my post out of context to go on a rant about unions.

well done.

WHO the Demon'crats want to limit is what this is all about.

Let me know when the Demno'crats want Constitutional amendments to ban unions from spending money on them.

One thing I will say about Bizarro World, is that its occupants are remarkably consistent.

As in consistently wrong, and clinging to a set of "facts" that are the mirror image of actual real facts, that appear in the real world.

Re: OT: Canadian Politics

Four bucks a month, and you have to monitor your AC?

Wow. Hey man, if you need a few bucks, I can help you out.
How long have you been dating Dalton for?

I can afford 4-6 bucks a month in an of itself. But when you add it to 6 years of price increases it's becoming unaffordable for the average family.

Ontarians pay top rates in North America. I think we're third overall.

But keep taking up the ass though.

I don't give a **** about the political angle, you partisan moron...jesus christ, does every ****ing argument have to be filtered by who you cheer for?

Telling me you're going to cut back your AC because of the possibility of 6 more dollars on your bill is just stupid...and I called you on it.
And you have no idea who I would or would not vote for.
None.

I can only assume you would vote for McGuinty. His cock is already half way up your ass and you're still asking for more.
