2nd rd picks are always tradeable commodities and have more value than B/C level prospects. Maybe they don't see much value left after this but it is a bit curious.

If they don't see the value in this draft, why not move picks to move up and get better prospects? I'd rather have 5 good prospects from this draft than 12 mediocre ones
