Hey Nerds: Blockchain

The rebuilding of my curaleaf position continues. 20.45, another nibble. Trimmed a lot more Columbia Care than I wanted to at 8.90... That was a fat finger mistake of adding an extra 0.
 
And trimmed some Trulieve at 62.40 as well so I'm pretty heavy on cash. But I do have regrets over the CCHW fat finger mistake. It has every reason to be the strongest MSO in the short-term.

Pretty fucking heavy on them right now after my amateur embarrassing CCHW mistake and having a lot of extra cash flow to go aggressive on this one. A sector bounce could save an otherwise blah day.

Wait a second... VEXT is kinda nonsensically undervalued. 88m EV at these levels which is madness for a profitable company growing at their rate. I get that there's a cap to their growth so they'll trade at smaller multiples because of their lean operations but by next year I'd be a touch disappointed if they don't surpass that 88m in revenues being in a more mature Arizona market. Though they'll be acquired by then. This was originally just a trade but I'm going long here. Market can stay irrational for a long time so I'll add on any dips.
 
May get some resolution to NJ tomorrow. Potential reward on Terrascend is juicy there. It's getting crushed on NJ fears (the success that was priced into them was highly dependent on NJ legalizing). If that passes TER will blast. I don't know enough about the odds of it happening but it seems like it would be political catastrophe if it didn't. But I'm out. Hope it happens though.
 
I'd be dumbfounded if it didn't. Would be really really stupid, though it is Murica after all. But it definitely hurts TER more than anyone else as their footprint is minimal so they're far more dependent on NJ than the others... And all of a sudden NY is in no rush to legalize as well. Would be somewhat of a domino effect for the short-term.

No volume in the sector right now. SPY got a bit of a bump on decent volume (algos reacting to news?) and MSOs are still sleepy. I like it in many ways. The consolidation has been on verrrrrrry sleepy volume. Textbook.
