After second half of college season: production ends up as elite for Gavin, that's no longer a concern. But those intangible red flags remain and many are skeptical that he can do much in the NHL next year. Wheeler expects his first year to be like Jack Hughes' as a result. He got more points and improved in some areas in the second half, but he still has lots of eye testy red flags according to many.
