I was harping on getting rid of Stolarz as unreliable, and being careful not to overload one of the younger goalies.

But I never expected the move to be to sign Bob, keep Stolarz, trade Woll, and dump Hildeby.

There were so many better ways to go about this, but fuck, if Bob shows up and plays incredible, we'll all look completely stupid and great goaltending can make these third/fourth line additions look way better than they are, just as bad goaltending can sink a top 6 no matter how good they are.

Holy shit, I thought you were making a mistake when you said he was .914 for us last year. I thought how could that be possible with the year we just had and thought he was more around .905 or something. Dear lord, it just keeps getting worse.

You're not the arbiter of that, and regardless, you don't have the right to mouth off when you disagree with something. To be clear, I don't give two shits about your opinions. Disagree till the cows come home and you slaughter one and eat it whole for dinner. I take exception to the way you conduct yourself. Use this simple rule - imagine if you'd get punched in the face if you spoke to someone in real life that way, and if you would, adjust accordingly.
 
Stolarz and Woll are unreliable and cannot be trusted in the playoffs. Bob's an interesting choice for sure and regrettably 3ys vs 2 but it is very reminiscent of the Belfour gamble and that one worked out well. I know I'd trust the crazy future-HHOF Russian to go on a run over the other two.
 
And if the middle 6 options dont excite you, thats reasonable, but you arent like required to spend on guys.

That said, all the moves are moveable should you want to, probably, save or Bob, which is simply a path i would not have taken at almost any number.
