Im 20 min in the other direction from Niagara to 40 creek. Its good but canadian Rye has a different flavor profile than Bourbon.

I’m fortunate that I consider bourbon to be undrinkable swill compared to Irish, Canadian or Scottish whiskey. And also find that American wine is nothing special compared to European or South American alternatives.

So, not really any sacrifice for me if I never drink another drop of American booze again in my life.
