GDT #30: DEC 4, 7:00 - Time for the Mucho Man to go Savage

Muzzin 7:24 ---> ~22:00 (56.8%, 61.7%)
Holl 6:58 --------> ~21:00 (56.8%, 61.7%)

Rielly 7:16 ------> ~21:30 (44.6%, 42.5%)
Barrie 6:46 -----> ~20:30 (40.2%, 25.6%)

Dermott 6:09 ---> ~18:30 (53.0%, 51.6%)
Ceci 5:27 --------> ~16:30 (56.8%, 55.2%)

Ceci has a chance to be ok in that role.

Interestingly the Mo-Ty pair dominated their primary Kadri matchup but got dominated by their secondary Bellemare matchup.

Muzzin/holl held their own against the top line though a bit outplayed, but then made up for it by dominating their secondary jost matchup.

Dermott-ceci had a shift or two against everyone. No real matchup. Probably dictated by zone start.

I hope they stick with the superlines. All 3 lines look like they would work on paper.

Marner-Matthews-Nylander
Mikheyev-Tavares-Hyman
Johnsson-Kerfoot-Kappy

The second line is the perfect matchup line. Tavares can drive the line on his own, and the grinder wingers make those tough shifs on the opposition. The third line suddenly looks a lot more skilled and you can shelter them a bit. And obviously superline is superline.

SUPERLINE

Colorado pursues the puck on the forecheck the way I expect the Leafs to. They're not physical, but they're fast and all over the puck as soon as they lose it.
