GDT: Canes @ Islanders 4/14 7:00

After watching Bussi the past two games, I'm feeling much better about our goaltending situation going into the playoffs. Freddie looks like he's regained his form and Bussi is looking good against high-danger chances. I'm also impressed with the Wolves they brought up this past week. Don't know how they're gonna integrate the new talent into the regular season, but I guess it's a nice problem to have.
 
I'm still waiting for an explanation from someone on Kochetkov. I know the Canes probably don't want to admit how they screwed up, but you would think that someone outside the organization would be interested in reporting how they screwed up (especially some Canada sportswriters).

Yeah, it seems like a real embarrassment - someone dropped the ball. But it turned out to be a good thing, as Bussi played exceptionally well in a solid back-to-back performance.
