Extremely so. But it is dictated by work and not the other way around. If I have deadlines, I'm not even looking at the market once. I won't even remember. But if I have room to breathe, I can't look at anything else. It distracts the shit out of me.
 
By the way, how annoying is Slack's ticker symbol. Always use the letters of your company name. I want to slap them.

I don't like it either but some unconventional symbols are good. ie.. HOG for Harley Davidson
 
At least that one starts with the same letter and is fun. There's no S in their symbol, or LAC either. If anything, you'd think they'd want to avoid being confused with Workday since this would seem the ideal symbol for them.
 
I literally was thinking that as I posted. That I can envision them being swallowed up just because that symbol is so off.
 
Good thing I hedged. That Aphria buy sucked balls. Thankfully it was a small position made up for in my hedge.

yes and no.

It's been great in my long term folio, I initially bought it at 45 rode it to 170, then rebot at 59 a few months ago.....but as a trading vehicle I'm only batting 50/50 on it.

But the lottos I mentioned a few days ago here at 30cents have now quadrupled (took 20% off at the close) and today I added more legit calls when the stock crossed 115, and unwound most of those
