Yup. No matter what my boy says the reaction couldn't possibly be positive. Maybe a fakeout, but eventually we need to pull back. This is getting crazy even for me, a SPX/JPOW homer.

But the more parabolic things get the more bears are licking their lips. Should be lots of opportunity for them. The hard part is of course timing. Many bears are likely already beyond trapped.

I probably won't. I think the correction will be meaty enough so don't feel the need the catch the absolute top.

you laugh, but time of day tendencies are leveraged by algos. Obviously, doesn't matter unless you daytrade.

I just flipped out of my GOOGL calls...kept a runner in case there's a meltup. Also have a small amount of SPY puts with a very tight stop.

Kind of interesting that the VIX has shot straight up this afternoon (ahead of JPOW) even though SPY is up, my puts have also gone up.
