Hey Nerds: Blockchain

I mean, I bought it hoping it would be 5x in a year or two, not 30% and out.

Now my only question is whether I should sell it on this news and not risk there being nothing that comes out of this and it falls off further than before.

You're long LOF. If you're still bullish on them, let it go. If not and you want to sell and buy something else? Sell now!

If they’re being bought, the long game is over. They’ll be swallowed up and gone. So it’s just a matter of what the purchase price might be, how close it is to it now, and the risk of the deal falling apart.

True true. You seem to have a solid grasp on the whole situation. I trust you'll do the right thing!

If I had it in my long term folio, I would not sell. Today's pop gives it a nice cushion.
Cushion for what though? The only play in holding now is to capture every cent of purchase premium. If the buyout is $41 or $42, is it worth risking by holding out for that?

Salesforce (CRM) is down $10 on the news....bought some calls in that. Will give those time as I like that company a lot, and wanted to get in.

Earnings are next week.

I meant cushion as the position is now green for you

Yeah I’ve been watching that. Doesn’t make sense. Unless they blow their brains out on the purchase, it’s an amazing acquisition for them.
