Skylight Health to Enter into 15th State with Acquisition of Tennessee Clinic with $2.2 million in Revenue and $0.4 million EBITDA
  • Tennessee-based Perimeter Pain and Primary Care Clinic is an established medical practice servicing over 12,000 patients per year.
  • In 2019, the clinic generated CAD 2.2 million in revenues and CAD 400,000 in net income.
  • Forecasted annual run rate now at over $20 million combined with the last 3 announced transactions.
  • Skylight Health will pay a total cash consideration of CAD 1.03 million for the acquisition representing a 2.6x EBITDA multiple.
  • This transaction will be immediately accretive to the Company adding complementary services and insurable revenue to the existing primary care model across 15 States.

This looks like another terrific acquisition. Prad making real moves folks. That's awesome.
 
$400,000 EBITDA or net income? They say both but I suspect they only mean one of them... Probably EBITDA. They're still amateur as fuck and that has always been part of their charm.
 
caught some of the ZS ride... should've held on longer...its still chugging along.

i ditched trading view and scanz for the time being... just using IB's trader workstation. made some solid custom layouts over the last week. it's nice to have the charts grouped so I can pull 1hr/5min/1min charts from the IB scanner with a click of a button.
 
Took off a touch more CB2 Insights at 84c. Could burst to test 90c today and $1 by the end of the year but my position got uncomfortably large. A lot more comfortable to hold what I currently have.
