Yeah that's not true at all. You've gone over a bunch of weeks. On my phone so can't research it, but I mentioned it a few times before
Yep.According to Fantrax, you've gone over for one position or another in Weeks 6, 7, 9 and 10.
I don't care either way. There's already enough built in flexibility on the roster that I doubt anyone felt the need to draft more wingers or centres based on position eligibility. I know I didn't.Reading back I can see where Cheech felt this issue was settled.
Maybe we should just make a decision and go with it. Should we make it simple and just go with 12 forwards? We're already handcuffed to a degree by the cap.
Sorry if I'm being a pain, but again I ask, how are we going to make the change?
Not saying I'm against anything, just asking... because as soon as we start changing settings, it goes retroactive to the start of the season.
Let's say if someone had used 19C and someone else played by the rules and only used the allotted 16, that wouldn't really be fair.
I just don't think we should change the rules and then have scores change from previous weeks (unless we want to record the matchups to this point and manually change them).
Personally, I have a spreadsheet made up and I keep track of my GP so I never go over. With a change, that might screw me if I'm playing someone who didn't pay as close attention.
Ruh roh.Dammit... I tried setting it to 12 F positions but it retroactively gave everyone illegal rosters for having players set at C and W.
For what it is worth, I'm firmly behind the 48 game maximum for all forwards. It seems to be a hot button issue, but the micromanagement side of things turns me off completely. I was also 100% under the impression that we went that way as of last week. I can understand why Cheech came to the same conclusion.
Not to mention, I liked the harmony that we had early on. It seems like there is a ton of frustration with something that we can fix quickly and it ultimately has very little impact on things overall. To me, we're splitting hairs on the topic. But, I can understand both sides.
