Probably because he is another smallish centre. I suppose if Pleks and Metro do not come back next year, he may get his chance.

Apparently Mikael Johansson wants to go back to Sweden & his old team wants him back.

He hasn't done anything in Hamilton, so I wouldn't really care if he went back.

Over the last 18 games he's been more productive than PK. He has really worked hard on his defensive game as well. Still wonder with his size if he will ever be a permanent NHLer.
