I bought a vehicle, so I took the bus, which stops down by the water, so I had to walk all the way back up Bayfield. My count was 3, also. Not to mention a few people talking to God and a bunch more sleeping on the grassy verge at Bayfield Mall under some bushes. Yeah, it's not good.
