OT: Boredom = randomness

Bragging random thought.

I live in the best place in North America geographically.

I live less than four hours away from the snow resorts in which I do not have to spend hours putting on chains, driving way too far with them on, and then taking them back off.

I live about 45 minutes from the Pacific Ocean.

I live 30 minutes from San Francisco, which is one of my favorite urban areas that I have been to.

The temperature stays pretty even keel pretty much for the whole year. In the winter, the average is probably around the 50's and the 80's for the summer. We get our hot days and our cold days, but those are usually short lived and then goes back to a nice temperature.

Many of the best companies to work for are here. Google, Yahoo, Apple, Intel, Netflix, Stanford University, Oracle, Sun, and the list keeps going on.

We get our natural disasters here also, but earthquakes are our only real concern, which happens on a large enough scale for us to really care about every 30-50 years. We get some localized flooding, but it rarely ever does significant damage. The midwest gets flooding every year, the southeast gets tornados every year, and the east gets their hurricanes. Oh, and I can't forget about the people up north, it gets really damned cold up there. I like cold weather, but -30 is a bit much. I do not like the idea of freezing my eyeballs.

Simply, there is all you can ask for in this region. Like sand dunes, we got em. yosemite. Yep. Rip roarin' rivers? Sure do.

You get the point. Be jealous, it's ok.

More randomness.

I have been making a few puzzles lately. I eally do enjoy them, mainly because it is kinda mindless and it passes a lot of time. But really, I love the fact that it is a tangible completion of the mass of cardboard with a finite amount of pieces. I guess that is what you do when you are retired. I have felt like one for the past couple months.

ALso, I have been enjoying cribbage more lately and I have been getting good at it. Yeah, I challenge anyone who thinks they can beat me ( and maybe they can. My challengers are fairly closed circut).

Until next time, PEACE!!!!!!!

It says it is owned by Disney? I watched it earlier today and it was funny. Odd to be owned by disney. weird.

^ those are fugly.
:iagree:

The best one is the Blues. One more arch and they might as well be the McDonald's sponsor.

Other than that, The color choice for the Habs jersey is extra fugly. Maybe the artist said, hey, the Canadians are really fair skinned individuals, I should liven them up with a really bad tan color.

from what i have read the 2 possibilities are the one in the previouse pic or this one

The kings one is horrible, looks like the burger king, and I have always hated that nucks 3rd jersey. And kyle I agree that habs jersey has a strange tint.
