OT: MLB Thread

If anyone on either of these teams tonight knew how to properly execute a bunt, this game would have ended an hour ago. Instead, we are going to the 13th inning because every hitter is either screwing up their bunt attempts or is striking out trying to swing for the fences. Such is baseball in the 21st Century.

I'm chuckling at local sports guys like the Moj, Don Taylor and Farhan Lahlji now making out like Vancouver is a Mariner town. I haven't seen anyone in Mariner gear here for a decade.
 
Vancouver is a suckhole sports town who will cheer for whatever flavor of the month team is out there. They've had the Jays force fed to them for a generation while Mariners games on over the air KSTW, which was on Vancouver's basic cable grid, left 20 years ago when baseball went to the regional sports networks that weren't available north of the border.

Same thing happened with Sabres games being shown in Toronto via the NBC affiliate or Red Wings games that could be seen in Windsor.
