OT: Movies/TV Shows

Never forget.

Tough to have grown up in the 80s and not loved Roger Moore's Bond.

It was way more relatable to a kid than Connery's Bond, which I only liked when I got older.

In retrospect, sure, lots to not like. But in retrospect, you can see the wires hanging from the spacecrafts in the original Star Wars (until they cleaned it up 20 years later).

Let's not rewrite history here, Moore was a disastrous Bond, especially the last 3 or 4 films. That said, coming off of Connery (Lazenby can blow me) I'm not sure Moore had a choice.

I would argue Lazenby's 1 film is the best Bond ever, or one of the top 3 at least.

Moore was a good fit with the material he had. And I did like a couple of his films. The stunt work in them was pretty crazy.

And the one with arguably the worst Bond(it's all taste though). I've probably watched that one and View To A Kill the least.

Fargo season two is the best season of television in a long ass time. It's a sin this show doesn't get the type of hype that Mad Men, True Detective & Breaking Bad did, cause it's every bit as good if not better.

I can't believe season two has lived up to the quality of season one, by might actually be surpassing it. This weeks episode was insanely well done.

Even Kristen Dunst, who I wasn't a fan of early on in the series.....has been great these last couple episodes.

Also, I think I want to marry that existentialist-Camus reading chick from the Butcher shop......her or Solversons cancer riddled wife.
