I made a point of not watching the preview when my buddy told me it would give "hints". Why do I want any hints? I'm already pumped for the show, don't ruin it for me.

Finally found the time to watch "Prometheus" last night and went in not expecting much given how tepid the reviews had been.......but I f*cking loved it, thought it was one of the better films I've seen in that genre for a long ass time. I'd give it a good 7.5/10, and it had me already looking forward to the next film in the series.

There is a deal at futureshop and best buy that will allow you to trade ANY DVD with the case or Blu Ray. and you get the Bluray/dvd combo of prometheus for 20 bucks.

I may do it, and even give a bluray copy away of some crap movie that I know I won't watch again.

It was 24 bucks on Tuesday. 19 for DVD.
Might have gone up in price after the 'launch day'

Thought it was pretty funny that even though he was in fact caught cheating and should have been out of the 88 games he still claims he is clean.

Never quite understood that braces and HGH connection though

HGH causes a continual growth of some of the bones in your body... Bonds' head for example (God love the Simpsons for talking about that years ago) and in many cases the jaw bone grows, causing teeth to have gaps in them like never before...therefore to close those gaps, you need braces. The amount of athletes with braces at the time was a common indicator of HGH.

Thanks. Seems like the jaw grows even though it stopped.

Wonder if any body asked Lewis about his braces.

I saw 9.79* the other day as well. That 30 in 30 series is pretty damn good. I've seen a few. The one about the Escobars, The U, Who Killed The USFL, One on Marcus Dupree...

Anyway, yeah everyone was cheating. Johnson really got villified back then. I remember when it happened, the whole country turned on the guy. I think he was also arrested with a gun in his car on the 401 soon after as well.

Interesting to finally get more of the truth about the whole thing.
