He didn't even have Diggs coming into the league. Allen entered a shit show while Mahomes came into a far better scenario. I don't see how that's disputable really.

The fact is this, Mahomes had it far cushier than Allen. I personally don't think he's more talented than Allen, I think he's smarter.

Can't really argue that Mahomes isn't the more consistent. I'm saying there's a reason.

Sure, Allen looks like an unstoppable freight train at times but Mahomes makes fewer blunders. He is better now…. and when their careers are over, Mahomes will net out as a clear notch above

Any buffalo fan can tell you how messed up this team was.
 
I'm not getting the argument. I agree Allen is still too inconsistent to overtake Mahomes but I also pointed out that Mahomes walked into a pretty sweet situation in KC.

And when Allen is in beast mode he is unstoppable and I've literally never seen Mahomes like that. The issue there is you have to hope Allen is in beast mode at the right time.

Allen has better physical tools than Mahomes, but Patrick makes better decisions. The ability to process plays and make decisions quickly is one of the most important skill in sports. That’s what separated Brady and Gretzky despite not being the most physically gifted athletes.

Let's be honest here, Buffalo was a legitimate tire fire. KC already had one of the best olines (so not buffalo), Travis Kelce and then Hill.

Allen had none of that. Reverse the two and I don't think Mahomes would be better. Alien was getting sacked mercilesslly early on. Joke of an oline and not much to throw to

No arguments there, Mahomes had it easy, while Allen had to play with the Bills.
