The Rams also got Stafford, who’s still a top 10 QB in the NFL. The first they traded to Detroit was not just to take Goff off their hands. Wentz, on the hand, sucks.

The gap between both QB`s is not worth 2 extra picks

Picks are gold , we overpaid

The Rams didnt get much cap savings , a net loss of 7 mil in dead money

Wentz had a shit year no doubt but was solid years ago , needs a change of scenery

Depleted O line , injuries galore ......Philly was a shit show this year

Years ago Bears acquired a premier pass rusher in Mack much younger and in his prime for 2 firsts , a 6th and a third

There was no quality, a step below LB edge rusher going the oyjer way . Bears also got a coveted second rounder

Snead is completely useless jumping the gun on Gurley and Goff 2 years too early

Lions found a sucker and chances are one of those firsts will be higher than expected .

McVay also seems keen to develop Wolford; sounded like he preferred him to Goff by the end of the year.

Stafford has missed 8 total games over the past decade, all of which were last year when he got injured.

He's all but guaranteed to be there the full season.

Beat up 33 year old? What are you talking about? Matthew Stafford is still a top 10 QB.
 
Personally, I think Stafford is overrated by some. As a Viking fan, I've seen him play tons and he still makes too many mistakes....but I will say this:

He's never had an offensive coach as good as McVay. Or a great defence. Playing with a lead makes a big difference for a QB

I like the deal for the Rams, legit Super Bowl contender ....also like the deal for the Lions; they can sacrifice the next two years with Goff and properly rebuild with top notch draft capital.
