Best part of the day was David looking like a legit star right from the start, for the first time in nearly 2yrs.

Kone is a depressing loss but thank god we're two deep at literally every position - Saliba is the real deal.

It's crazy how much the program has grown when we can lose a starting midfielder from a Serie A team, and his replacement is a 22 yr old first team player for Anderlecht, had Europa League appearances, etc.

It wasn't that long ago that just having 1-2 guys on the national team playing top flight european football was a big deal.
