think of it this way, if they banned gun sales from now on, the supply would be limited, you could get triple what you paid for them....

Scary thing is that is one gun for every person in American. The mentally challenged, children, criminals in jail etc don't have one, and there are guys like Krust who don't. Means that on average gun owners own what 3-4 each? Seems silly to me.
 
There is a serious mental illness and drug problem in the United States. These asshats in government are ignoring root causes.

Where does need come into it? Do you "need" multiple pairs of shoes? Jerseys? Hats? TVs?

Need has nothing to do with it.

at least those are usable for reasons than killing (and face it a gun's sole purpose is to kill, whether it be offensively, defensively, hunting or whatever)
 
Bullshit.

I enjoy target shooting. Very much so. A gun does not have a sole purpose. Only the ignorant and small minded believe that.
