OT: The Toronto Blue Jays

Vladdy is young enough to wake up and talented enough that, even if he doesn't, he's still probably going to have a good career. Also, on the way up, everyone praised his work ethic.

He is only 21. People need to calm down. It his work ethic to physical fitness need to change quickly. He is too young to look this way.
 
Vlad 1.0 got increasingly fat as he aged, like you said, poverty is the ultimate calorie reduction environment.

I wouldn't say JR lacks drive; he never would have become one of the best prospects in the game without it.

It looked like he had trimmed up heading into spring training (not as much as he probably should have but noticeably different). Butttt looks like he hit the chip bag during quarantine.

Have to hope the quick hook from 3B, his lack of production at the plate and all the talk about his weight will be enough to wake him up this offseason.

Doesnt know what leverage spots are. Has his 6th 7th 8th inning guys. Thats archaic

The lineup card wasn't him that was Major League baseball's fault no need piling on
 
That's my one piece of advice to vladdy - keep walking, young man.

They've been throwing you junk since day one. Just stop swinging. Use your great eye and wait until they start pitching to youm
