venison is reasonably beefy, as is bison. haven't tried moose yet. had some great grilled deer chops with maple sauce one time.

we've kind of turned cows pigs and chickens into giant meat vegetables. its a bit weird.

the OG cows and chickens we ate were much different meats. much skinnier and gamer.

Our vegetables are different too. There aren't many crop fruits or vegetables that are even remotely similar to their pre agriculture predecessors.
