OT: The Toronto Blue Jays

what is with these guys?

i get jose wanting to be patient but it's a real shame he didn't attach that first pitch. i mean that's his pitch. it's crazy that they even risked throwing that.

It's been really frustrating watching the entire lineup pound balls into the ground 10 feet on front of them.

Watching a 35 yr old power stick who can't field anymore >>>> watching a pitcher flail at the ball

different strokes amigo, I like pinch-hitters, double-switches and bench/pen management. Not trying to change anyone's mind. Hitting isn't so bad either.

Their game is just to go yard?

... I'm confused. Have they not watched the Jays at all this year? They keep saying we're just a home run team...

I think the first two games of this series is the only time any of these guys have watched the Jays.

And if you could just had this series to go on, I could see how you'd think the Jays are a swing for the fences team this year. With the way the strike zone's been called, they haven't been able to play their "pass the baton" patient game at the plate.

Watching our hitting right now is just infuriating

+1

This isn't the patient as **** group of soul murderers we've seen all year. I think shitty strike zones and general impatience have worn them down over the first 2 games. EE seems to be the only one going up there with a plan.

Give the man a gold glove

such shame that keirmaier is the centrefielder that jesus and superman would have spawned if they decided to birth a centrefielder.

pillar is just so, so good. the routes he takes to balls is just flawless.

One of them just claimed they've watched Pillar all season. Somehow I doubt it.
