Votto has a long career in broadcasting if he ever wants it. When he was hurt this year or last a few games he filled in the team's TV booth and was great on there. Although with Votto, I really don't know if he will move on and be a super successful broadcaster, retire and just go fishing every weekend, or if he'll like sign up and do radio for some podunk high school team in the middle of nowhere because he was bored and wanted to get out of the house.

For the WC series you probably do 12 pitchers and 14 hitters. I think you leave Ryu off, and only use Kikuchi if you need him. That let's you bring both Schneider and Espinal, and one more guy, to give a little more flexibility to hit for guys when you need to.
