The Official 2026 Off-Season Thread: Revenge of the Nerds

perhaps it's more in Around the League. People are constantly posting about Mitch Marner. It's noticeable, because I don't give a fuck about Mitch Marner.

I get not wanting him to win the Cup, and that there are a lot of mentions of him on social media, but it just seems odd to deny this and try to pretend that nobody has been posting about Mitch Marner.

So you're saying that the thread discussing Vegas/Colorado series had some posts about Mitch Marner, who was playing in that series?

There are way more posts making fun of Montreals shot totals over the last 10 pages than there are about Mitch Marner and the last post about Mitch Marner, one of only like 2-3 over the entire 10 pages was made by Jonas which invalidates you immediately.

Maybe I can check American Politics next?
