Every man has his breaking point and looks for a fresh start. It wouldn't surprise me at all, personally.

Tre basically said "I don't know what the future holds but sometimes a fresh start is best for everyone." It's Bundy so he's dumb, but I don't think he'd say something like that without knowing what the new regime thought about the player. I think it's possible that Mo has made it very clear, at the very least, that he's very open to a move. Maybe not a formal request, but yeah, he hasn't looked happy in Toronto in a good while.
 
Ya if I'm Mo, I'd want to get the fuck away from Berube hockey too. He already sucked enough under Keefe. Berube sunk him.

But I'm sure if John wants to keep him, he will. With a fresh new d corps and offensive minded coach. And dreger will have another egg on his face.

but Dreger's rumor still wouldn't make sense. if he's asking for a trade there's no reason for them to have to "wait out of respect" and then "approach him to dicuss".
