One thing I don't like about Doan and Matthews, is that Matthews seems to like hanging around players that don't have a reputation of being a winner. Marleau, Thornton and Doan.😕

Doan was probably brought in for Matthews and he did nothing

Why would he be starting our top 4? McCabe and Rielly are both very good top 4 defenders. We need two more for sure, but that's the point of adding Raddysh. If he's this good, or even close to what he did this year for Tampa, he's an excellent add.

5.5 to 6 would be great. That's less than Matheson's 32-37 yr old extension cost Montreal, and Matheson is also a late bloomer but one who has never had a season as good as Raddysh's was this year.
 
Also whats with all these ex Zona Doan touchers like Yandle and Bissonette washing their hands of this.

Did Chayka sleep with Doan's wife? or just ask him to read some charts about his play?
 
Wait I’m a bit confused I thought the Philly 2027 pick was in fact Top 10 protected.

Edit: oh I get it bc it was predicated on the fact they’d get 2028 instead. Jesus what a mess.

Chayka was the GM who told Doan that his time in Phoenix was over (after a season where he was 40 years of age, score 6 goals in 2nd pairing minutes, and was paid 5 million dollars for) which apparently was a crime against humanity.

Love Biz, but if Desert Patrick Marleau is the line he can't cross, he can fuck off too. I was tired of hearing about Shane Doan when he was hiding in the desert from competing because something something loyal during his career and I'm more sick of hearing about his career now. Dude scored 30 twice in his career and is spoken about like he was the 115 degree Jerome Iginla.
