Sell off Laughton, and ask him to come back next year to play as a 2nd or 3rd line winger.
Sell Mcmann and offer 4 million max after he's UFA
Sell Roy, Carlo, Benoit, Macelli, Jarnkrok (nothing), Robertson for picks and prospects, or a package for a younger defenseman in return..... and or use these picks or players in a trade to Utah for Nick Schmaltz either before he becomes UFA or hope and pray he makes it to UFA.
Fire Berube and the majority of the coaching staff and Bring in Deboer for this year and next for sure. Hell, bring in Torts as the assitant coach. (he was on the US bench, so it might make Auston happy)

See if San Jose is interested in Mo and if they want to do something early or wait until the off season.

Try to get Raddyish and Schmaltz in UFA, or maybe keep Nick Robertson and hope to sign Jason Robertson as UFA as well.

I don't know if this is financially possible but I also traded Stolarz cap hit for next four years. and play Hildebeast.
 
Berube should be fired.and debour brought in just to get these guys t play different. And sell sell sell
