That would of required to part with assets from our top 10 prospect pool

This team isn't ready for that right now with their development schedule

I would resign Walker and hope Pearson pitches like a 3 next year

The market will be flooded with good 1-2 year pitchers in this market
 
they were ready to spend $80 million on a 34 year old in this stage of their cycle, though.

and they seem to be one top pitcher away from being legit in this stage of their cycle, too.

Ryu is perfect for this team , its not a 300+ mil 9 year deal

A solid starter to buy some years for Pearson and others to develop

There is no Cole to chase and have no hope of signing this year

Hoping for a 1-2 year player to overachieve

This team wasn't making the playoffs in a 162 game season , playoff experience is great for the kids.

Should be an interesting offseason for all teams , possible more sellers than buyers
 
It’s right by my place. Aren’t those American burger joints (In N Out, Five Guys etc.) pretty good too?
