We've had several threads on this topic over the years but I couldn't find one. Now that the CDC has been hollowed out and RFK will be leading humanity's efforts to make the world a healthier place, we should probably have a dedicated thread to share all his successes.

I'm generally on #TeamButter but I like cold, hard data more. And have to admit that the seed oil scaremongers are probably full of shit. The data we had seemed pretty clear already, but what does a brand-new study have to say?

Butter is garbage. It's super tasty with bread as an appetizer at a restaurant, but I try to always avoid it. It's completely unnecessary.

Extra virgin olive oil is the way. I try to put it on everything.

But seriously, butter is amazing
I have a small amount almost every day with my oatmeal. I also cook with it in evoo from time to time. Everyone's different, but a trick for health seems to include being active and not consuming a ton of the stuff on the regular. No need to run marathons, but a walk around the neighborhood seems to be a good thing. 😊
