We used him properly for his entire prime and he was a really good puck moving defender who was really bad defensively. I don't think he's washed, but I'm fine with getting value now and not finding out.

Blueline should probably get younger and better.

We don't have to do anything.

But in order to get something, you have to give up something. Despite the naysayers, Mo is a pretty good, though definitely flawed, hockey player. I would assume the reason there are rumours out there is because a couple of teams have made inquiries. As with any trade, what will you give us in return, is the question? Nobody should be untradeable.

Obviously, if nobody wants to give up anything of value, and both Hiller and the pocket protectors like him, then we'll keep him.

I looked at them too, less likely but maybe not no. The issue is they have Lacombe-Minty-Zellweger on the left side with Minty & Zellweger both needing sizeable RFA deals this summer. I don't see them trading Zellweger (which is the rumour) just to bring in Mo for 7.5 million on the left side.

I mean, if they wanted to do that, and wanted to give us Zellweger in that deal, fucking awesome let's go. But I doubt it.
