Yup. Those are like my third line of defense after my daily Zyrtek gives way to some Nasonex. When that's not cutting it anymore, I add the wipes. It's an artform when you live around here with as many allergies as I've got.

Good info. I have something called dry eye syndrome (a way for BCBS not to pay for treatment) and do warm compress and some mist stuff on them morning and night.

I’m headed to the Greensboro FEMA site at Four Seasons Town Center on Saturday. From what I can tell, they’re using the Pfizer vaccine. Never have I more looked forward to a needle in my life.
 
Got my first--Moderna--on Saturday. Still some arm soreness this morning, but I'm pretty sure the other symptoms I'm experiencing--sinus pressure and itchy eyes--are because my seasonal allergies decided to kick in on the very day I get vaccinated.

Yeah, that happened last year when I was still in an office. I was surrounded by the Environmental Health Services scientists including one who had worked in the infectious disease lab at UNC. It got to be a joke in our cube farm, anytime there was a sneeze or cough the offender would call out “it‘s allergies”.

Drove 90 minutes to majestic Rockingham this morning to get mine. Like Tar Heel and Duke BBall players these days, I got the “one and one” J&J vaccine. A little sad driving by “The Rock” as it slowly melts away. Spent many a NASCAR race sitting in those stands. Oh, and I usually don’t flinch at shots but that baby packed a little punch when going in. Relieved to get it though.
 
I try daily to see what may come open here and it’s slim pickings most days locally...glad to see you guys are all exploring the beautiful counties of our state for a roadie and a poke.

I think the Dunn Health Clinic in Harnett County has permanently opened up to all comers. You might want to check them out, as it's not a difficult drive at all.
